MK802IIIS firmwares gathered on one place!


In this short post I gathered all the links with the different versions of firmware tested by me for Rikomagic MK802IIIS bluetooth version, first generation (MTK  chip: MT5931 Wifi & MT6622 Bluetooth).

    Now, my favourite one is Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 rooted with CWM fully functional

    Thank you sir for this waiting for delivery of stick. Is any bugs on latest rom. I'm unsure whether I'm gonna mod. Might keep stock if runs fast. But thanks if I decide to tinker.

    It looked very good, no random reboot, goog wifi throughput. Then was sitting down to watch a movie on Netflix, sad to say it kind of split my screen into two, and showed me snowish kind of view. I had rooted it and installed CWM, this rom looks promesing so im gone try to install it again

    Is Wi-Fi/Bluetooth chipset of MK802IIIS bluetooth the same as uHost 2/Probox 2? I want to upgrade to android 4.2.2 and working Wi-Fi and bluetooth.

    Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 rooted with CWM fully functional.. is working fine no wifi issue. but my logitec camera not detected or not working at all.

    Hi, do you have experience with firmware for the 802III? Most of the above should work, right? Do any of these allow the display to be set to portrait mode? Thanks!

    A aparut o noua versiune de fw :Rikomagic S8B Android 4.2 FW(20130902).Pe forumuri se spune ca este.....proasta .O parere?

    Am vazut-o, am instalat-o...
    Am citit criticile de pe http://www.rikomagic.co.uk/forum dar desi am avut timp doar cateva minute sa o testez, parea sa se miste destul de ok. Wifi la mine era foarte stabil, BT functiona ok, nu am avut timp sa testez video playback, skype, etc... Sper sa o fac azi sau maine...

    can you help me, i cant flash mk802 iiis(B). everytime i put into flash mode (selecting switch) and "EraseIDB". i start "Run" it says error: "wait for loader rock usb timeout", "Run failed" . help as i keep bricking device when this happens!!! :(

    A aparut un nou update de fw pentru MK802III-RKM S8B_140312.
    Ei spun ca au imbunatatit performantele wifi.L-ai incercat? Cum se misca?

    Acest update este pentru generatia a 2-a RKM MK802IIIS, eu am prima generatie cu inscriptia Rikomagic.

    No wi-fi bugs
    No lags detected when hd video played via Wifi from other device in network.

    O.K. Intradevar,dar ieri am incercat de cateva ori si imi dadea raspuns ca nu gaseste.
    In alta ordine de idei,merge pe MK802IIIS BT ? Sa ma incumet sau nu?

    Nu mai detin MK802IIIS BT, dar ar trebui sa functioneze. Daca nu este in regula, revii la stock firmware...

    Am intrebat ,pentru ca pe freaktab,la sectiunea RK3066/ImitoMx1(Mx2),apare acest firm si de asemenea mai stiu ca un firm pentru Imito Mx1/Mx2 ai incercat pe MK802.
    De altfel si ce am eu pe stick acum (Neomode2.0) cred ca are "miezul" de la Imito,pentru ca in ecranul de booth-are,apare pentru scurt timp un logo cu Imito.

    Am incercat KitKat-pe MK802IIIS-BT.Merge fara probleme(am chipset-ul indicat de tine).Ce sa spun? Este interesant dar d.p.d.v.d. al felului cum se misca,cel mai bun este custo-mul de la pozitia 20(Neomode 2.0),coafat cu lansatorul indicat de tine.
    Antutu da cam acelasi lucru la ambele firm (peste 16000 la KitKat fata de aproape 16000 la Neomode).
    Mie imi place mai mult al doilea,plus ca vine direct rooth-at ,etc.etc...
    Eventual daca chiar crezi ca merita tradus comentariul meu ....(nu prea le am cu engleza).
