So, it's not very hard to gain root acces even on Rikomagic MK802II stick, as you can see in this post..
So, to do that, you have to strictly follow these steps:
1. After installing un unrooted firmware from here, connect the stick to your TV and power it on. After boot go in 'Settings'-->'Developer Options' and make sure that 'USB Debugging'is enabled.
2. Install Moborobo and open it. Leave it open we will get back to it later.
3. Connect the Rikomagic MK802II Stick with the both mini USB ports: use the DC port to power on and the OTG Port to connect with your PC.
4. Wait about one minute for Moborobo to see your device.
5. After that use UnlockRoot software to easily root the stick.
6. Connect the stick to your TV and run 'SuperSu' application to finish the install.
7. Enjoy your new rooted stick.
