Firmware Version: Android Jelly Bean 4.1.1
Release date: 18.03.2013
Build number: crane_pub-eng4.1.1
In today episode: the newest Android 4.1.1 firmware release for Justop Android TV Box V2.0_REV3_Beta, you can download the new firmware from here or from here.
The
method is just a little bit different till now: burn the firmware with
PhoenixCard Tool on your micro SD card,
insert it in your MK802II stick, power on and wait about 15-20 minutes;
in my case the blue light didn't came off, so I turned off the power
after more or less 20 minutes, took out the micro SD card, and then
powered on the device. Try to use quality fast SDHC card to update. The firmware is much larger than ICS.
This firmware version also does not have root acces, the wifi
is pretty unstable on my unit, I had to try several time until I could connect to my WPA2 Wi-Fi Protected Access Network, but after that Play Store work with no issues at all.
This is
still a beta version, but it seems to bring a scent of stable version. Otherwise
the system seems much smoother and faster than ever, and I guess I'll stick some more with this version.
Always
keep in mind that this is not a review, just a first sight of this
firmware. You have to test it more for another details, to see if it
satisfies your needs.

The best Android TV Box by far is the SkystreamX. It has a dual core 1.5 Ghz processor, Mali 3d graphics processor, 1 Gb Ram, 8Gb internal memory, Preloaded with all of the good XBMC add ons and Android 4.2.2.
